CHARACTERISTICS

• Available after a FAN transport by selecting the Return of Documents
• When the delivery is made at receiver, the courier will pick up the requested document* to return it to sender. The postal dispatch of the first mile delivery will not be delivered if the returned requested by the sender cannot be picked-up.

*The shipment must weigh a maximum of 500 gr.
